Using breathwork, meditation, yoga, and journaling break free from what no longer serves you to embrace your true authentic self. Classes build off each other with themes running for 2 weeks (same theme for 2 weeks and then they build off each other). Please bring a journal to write in. Try to attend every class to enhance your experience.

This class with Megan Serafin will empower you with techniques you can use to give yourself an energy boost whenever you need it. The breathing techniques you’ll learn in this class will also help release stagnant energy and emotions!
Megan will not only teach you about the science and spiritual side of how your breath changes your response to stress, but you'll also be able to practice the techniques and experience firsthand how they truly do change how you feel.
We encourage students to attend all 3 classes to optimally harness the capabilities of their breath for wellness, but it is not required. If you happen to attend all 3 classes, you'll receive a special free gift!

A Chakra Workshop is an immersive and transformative experience designed to explore and balance the body’s seven main energy centers, or chakras.
This workshop combines the principles of yoga, meditation, and energy healing to help participants understand and connect with their chakras. Through light-guided yoga poses corresponding to each chakra, breathwork, and meditation, attendees will learn how to identify blockages and enhance energy flow throughout their bodies.
