    Cheyanne graduated from the 200-hour teacher training program at Worcester's Hot Power Yoga Center in 2024 and became a certified health coach in 2022. She co-founded Seasons of Living & Optimal Healing (SOLOH) with her mother in 2023 to share her wellness journey and create natural products. Becoming a yoga teacher has allowed her to connect with a community that shares her passion for movement, health, and wellness.

    Lily is a paraprofessional educator and recent graduate of Worcester's Hot Power Yoga Center's 200-hour yoga teacher training program. She specializes in teaching power, chakra cleansing, and wheelchair-accessible chair yoga flows. She is pursuing a degree in environmental science at Quinsigamond Community College and hopes to teach yoga while studying. She began yoga to manage chronic pain and depression and loves sharing its benefits with others. Lily integrates her passions for nature, art, and ancient wisdom into her classes.

    An Advanced Practice Nurse, Summer is passionate about mental and physical well-being for ALL. After 15 years of her own yoga practice, she completed her 200Hr YTT from Hot Power Yoga Center. She is equipped with the resources and inspiration to create classes that meet the energy of her students, both inside and outside a studio. Summer is warm, welcoming, and playful in her classes confidently leading others to connect in their yoga journey. Her teaching abilities include Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, as well as Breathwork and Meditation.

    Alex first tried yoga in college in 2006 and, despite initial challenges, grew to love it for the calm, strength, and joy it brings. She aims to help others build their physical and mental connection to yoga. Outside of yoga, Alex enjoys cooking, reading mystery novels, creating, and spending time with her husband and two-year-old son.

    For Mica, yoga is when she feels most connected to the earth and her authentic self. She loves how yoga can tone muscles in a power flow and restore tissues in a Yin class, all while connecting breath, body, and spirit. Mica received her 200 RYT and 20 HR Yin Yoga Certification in 2024, accredited by the Yoga Alliance.

    Lee Ann is a graduate of Worcester's Hot Power Yoga Center's 200-hour yoga teacher training program. She found a renewed passion for yoga after the passing of her husband, which helped sustain her through grief and helped her heal. Through movement, breath, and intention, Lee Ann strives to bring peace and growth into every class. Yoga can be a place to find joy, build emotional and physical strength, and work through grief. Lee Ann’s goal is to help her students find what they need. In addition to a focus on vinyasa flow classes for all levels, Lee Ann also specializes in chair yoga for the elderly and those with mobility struggles.

    Crystal is a certified 200 HR RYT from Hot Power Yoga Center in Worcester, MA, accredited by the Yoga Alliance, and fully insured. She believes yoga is for everyone and has practiced various styles for over twenty years, ultimately falling in love with Hot Power Vinyasa. Crystal creates an inviting and safe space for her students, guided by grace, gratitude, and love, free of judgment.

    I started regularly practicing yoga to heal my body, and mind after having been a college athlete. Movement has always been part of my life, and helped me manage my emotions good or bad. I aspire to help others find movement that feels good for their body but also heals their mind. We all have something that we struggle with and there is no need to struggle alone.
