1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Central MA Yoga Collective (CMYC), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

CMYC provides a platform for yoga teachers and consumers to connect. Each teacher operates as an independent contractor, responsible for their own services, pricing, and logistics. CMYC is not involved in the contracts between instructors and consumers.

3. Booking and Payments

All bookings and payments are managed directly between the yoga teacher and the consumer. CMYC is not responsible for any disputes related to payments, refunds, or scheduling.

4. Liability

By using our services, you agree to hold harmless and indemnify CMYC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and owners from any liability, wrongdoing, or involvement in complaints, lawsuits, arbitration, or similar actions. Each teacher carries their own liability insurance.

5. Code of Conduct

Members of CMYC are committed to upholding the highest standards of ethics and professionalism. Instructors agree to be accountable to their clients and represent the CMYC brand positively.

6. Complaints and Issues

If you encounter any issues with a CMYC member or instructor, please submit your experience in writing to tina@centralmayogacollective.com or alanna@centralmayogacollective.com. We will review your submission and take appropriate action if necessary.

7. Use of Spaces

Instructors will indicate if they have access to a teaching space. If not, it is the consumer’s responsibility to book and secure a suitable space for the session. Proof of space reservation is required.

8. Changes to Terms

CMYC reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
