This class with Megan Serafin will empower you with techniques you can use to give yourself an energy boost whenever you need it. The breathing techniques you’ll learn in this class will also help release stagnant energy and emotions!
Megan will not only teach you about the science and spiritual side of how your breath changes your response to stress, but you'll also be able to practice the techniques and experience firsthand how they truly do change how you feel.
We encourage students to attend all 3 classes to optimally harness the capabilities of their breath for wellness, but it is not required. If you happen to attend all 3 classes, you'll receive a special free gift!
